Step 1: Sign Up
Fill out our PAR-Q health & safety form before your first class.
Step 2: Arrive Early
Turn up 10–15 minutes before class to get settled. No booking needed—just show up.
Step 3: What to Bring
Towel
Extra training t-shirts
Water
Gloves/gear (if you have them)
Step 4: First Class
You’ll join in right away—no pressure, just learn at your pace. Coaches and teammates will help you along the way.
Step 5: Keep Showing Up
Consistency is key. Improvement comes from putting in the rounds, not from perfection on day one.
How do I join?
Fill out our PAR-Q health & safety form and turn up on time for class. If it’s your first time, arrive 15 minutes early.
What do I need to bring?
A towel, extra training t-shirts, and an open mind. Gloves and gear can be borrowed at first, but we recommend getting your own.
Do I need experience?
No. Our classes are open to complete beginners as well as fighters with experience.
What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai, also called “the art of 8 limbs,” is a striking martial art from Thailand. It uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, along with clinch work.
Can I compete?
Yes. If competition is your goal, we’ll build you up with the right training and mindset.
What are the class times?
Check our timetable on the website or social media for the latest schedule.
What should I wear?
Comfortable sports clothing. No jewelry, no makeup. Tie your hair up before class.
Can kids train?
Yes. We accept students from 14 and up.
How do payments work?
Memberships are paid monthly. Drop-ins and trial sessions are available—ask at the gym for details.
Do I need to bow or use Thai customs?
We bow in and bow out of class together as a sign of respect. No need to bow every time you walk in or out.
